Yesterday was a long, but good day. Lecture from 11-13, London architecture walk from 14-17, and then the History of Art Annual Careers Forum from 18:30-20:30. Met new people, got to catch up with my course mates (over free wine) and listen to interesting talks about what on earth we as art historians can possibly do with our degree.
As for me, I’d love to just become a full time artist…but while I wait to become famous, maybe I shall take their advice and work for TATE or Christie’s, or perhaps even open my own gallery? All three options would be difficult for me though, as I’d rather be the one making the art than the one dealing with it.
That’s me in blue, looking extremely tired after a long day:
What are you guys doing with your degrees?
