The clock just passed midnight here in China (despite being an enormous country, all Chinese cities follow Beijing time), meaning that I only have 2 weeks left here in Shanghai. I can scarcely believe how quickly time has passed, and even worse – I can’t believe I only have two more weeks to try to quench my desire for Chinese food! I am gonna need to have a food marathon, and I am gonna turn into a major roly-poly. (But my bad cooking back home in London is sure to turn me back into a stick anyway…).
