Since I came here I have been eating lots of fun stuff – a lot of it which I unfortunately do not have a photo of. Yesterday I had pig’s feet, jellyfish and crunchy fish skin with wasabi. Some of it was not as bad as you would have expected – the fish skin I actually helped myself to several times, and the jellyfish was edible, albeit an acquired taste. The pig’s feet however…let’s just say that if I want more collagen in my body, it will go into my lips with a needle, and not down my throat. Ever again.
